First of all networking means gaining knowledge about possible participants (e.g. their task, profile, way of working) and then establishing personal relationships that are in the interest of all partners, so that everyone can rely on these relationships.

Exchange and open communication play an important role. On the basis of networking, there is the possibility of establishing cooperation and thus developing joint ideas and projects.
