Objective:
Where do my professional and interdisciplinary strengths lie—and how can I use them specifically for my future career path? How do I develop an individual competence profile that authentically reflects me and helps me make informed decisions about my studies, doctorate, or career entry?
The workshop is aimed at participants who want to become more aware of their competencies and use this awareness to derive concrete perspectives for their next steps. Through input, concrete exercises for developing one's own competencies, self-reflection, and collegial exchange, the workshop helps participants to sharpen their own profile, highlight their strengths, and further develop their potential.
